Hot out of the Kitchen comes the news that The Blog Republic has added a third blogger and launched their latest blog:

The Blog Republic Blog Network is expanding. We’ve added our third blogger to the network and launched our newest blog, Absolutely Scrump-tio.us. We’re proud to announce the addition of Erik Christensen at the helm.

Erik is a native of Calgary, and is a self taught cook. His main emphasis is on easy to make and tasty dishes.
