blogHelper has discussed What is Good Blogger Etiquette:
Only two days back, I was blasted (by many, many emails) by a blogger after I politely refused to exchange links on one of my tech. blogs. The primary reason I gave was that I had a policy of no link exchanging on that blog, and if you take a look at it, you’ll see that there are no permanent outbound links except to some other blogs I manage. The reason he (I think) gave was that he had already placed me on his blogroll, and it would only be polite for me to return the link. I’m not sure how many of you have experienced something like this, but this was my first (to such an extent at least), so I was pretty flustered. Where was the unspoken / informal blogger etiquette?
I think that all the points are valid and fair. I’ve found there is a certain percentage of people who forget that just because the communication is electronic, it doesn’t mean that there are not people at the other end of the line and that the same rules of politeness apply.

Unfortuately i have had to reconsider having the full feed at present from this and my other blogs. I’ve tried to explain here on my personal/projects blog.
WordPress.com blogs now have a new login page:
Sense something different today? Well, if not, log out of your blog and log back in again. Wait! What’s that? A new login page!
Okay, let me explain. A long time ago, there were seven guys, including myself, who started a project named Shuttle. Shuttle’s mission was to redesign the WordPress back-end and it sort of happened, but it didn’t go as far as we wanted it to. One of my missions here is to see that Shuttle finally makes its debut in whatever form we as a team see fit.
The login page is the first step towards that. Remember, baby steps.
This particular design was made by Michael Heilemann during the course of the project. I hope you like this little change, and be sure to expect lots of other changes to come.
